I am obviously late to this place but better late than never! Great nice casual restaurant with good service, positive ambience and good food. I love that this place is open for lunch. Great spot for a boozy lunch date with the spouse! The ingredients are fresh and well seasoned. The Bahn Mi bread was fresh and super tasty. The grilled pork was a good choice. I recommend adding the fried egg! The ribeye garlic noodles is delicious. Decent beer list. Cute bar. I will definitely be back soon.

The restaurant is beautifully renovated and the food always comes out delicious. They have a full bar and some fun non alcoholic drinks as well. I often get the Obama bowl as takeout and the quality does not change.

We only came for drinks and they were amazing! We tried the Ba, Hai, and Rum, Forrest, Rum. All of them were delicious! The pandan syrup used was so tasty and I almost couldn't taste the alcohol! Service was also amazing and so friendly. The inside was also beautiful, romantic and dimly lit. I would recommend stopping by for drinks!

Visited Banh Mi and Bottles with some friends, and it was a nice dinner! The location was great - very accessible from Grad Hospital and Society Hill, respectively, although I would imagine that parking could be treacherous if driving in to South Street. We easily made reservations in advance, but if we didn't have res, we likely would have been seated fairly quickly. The ambience was cool - very modern and chill vibes, a place that you can easily take a group of friends or your parents. We sat right by the window, which was great for people watching and natural sunlight. We were celebrating a recent engagement, so we were pleased that we were greeted with glasses of champagne - a nice touch! Our waiter was helpful in sharing recs for drinks and food since the menu does have a variety of options. I stuck with wine for my beverage, but my other dining partners explored some of the cocktails, which were very unique and tasty (think pork belly-infused whiskey in their old fashioned and umami flavors paired with sage). For eats, the 4 of us split bao buns, opting for the tofu and pork ones. These were so delightful - the pork was the standout, but the buns were incredibly soft and pillowing, making for a nice vehicle for the protein. Well done! For my main, I chose the dau phu, a tofu banh mi (had to get banh mi since it's in the name), which was paired with fries. The bread was very crisp and crusty, which was appreciated. My tofu and veggies were also tasty and filling; they were just missing one extra thing (another seasoning? another sauce?) to really give it the "wow" factor. My husband really enjoyed his pho brisket, having similar sentiments about just missing something. Our dining partners enjoyed their meals as well, opting for non-banh mi options and speaking highly of them. For the price, I felt like we got a decent bit of food (I took half my sandwich home), and the quality was definitely aligned. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Banh Mi and Bottles! I would love to make it back to try cocktails and other menu options. I would recommend it for someone looking for a quality, relatively quick meal that won't break the bank.

Got some banh mi delivered. The food kept very well even though it was delivery. I loved the Obama Bowl. I think it was the perfect meal. The bowl contains grilled pork and grilled pork sausage. It was definitely food meant for a former President. The Phở Brisket was very good as well. I think it was really cool that they incorporated pho into their banh mi sandwiches. The grilled beef tasted amazing as well. ***Update- my roommate and I both ended up getting sick after the food. Hopefully this is a one time thing and was just a fluke.
